The trailer chassis is constructed from high-strength T700 steel, with main beams welded by fully automated robots to ensure superior compressive and torsional strength—essential features for African roads. Additionally, the deck utilizes wear-resistant steel supported by U-shaped channel steel underneath, effectively preventing deformation or cracking during long-term heavy-duty transport.
To withstand Tanzania’s hot and humid climate, we have comprehensively upgraded the powder coating and baking process for our semi-trailers. The vehicle bodies undergo multiple stages of sandblasting for rust removal, followed by the application of high-performance epoxy zinc-rich primers and topcoats, resulting in exceptional resistance to salt spray, UV radiation, and aging.
